Member Service Representative

Looking to grow your career in a fun and welcoming environment? Join our small by mighty team as a Member Service Rep (MSR), where members know us by name and you have the power to make a difference. As a MSR, you’ll assist members through all delivery channels, from the phone to the branch. Heartland’s MSRs open new accounts, perform teller transactions and build relationships with members by recommending products and services that best suit their needs. Basic computer skills are required. Prior cash handling and sales experience is a plus.

Hours vary between
M-Fr 8:45 a.m. – 5:15 p.m.
Rotating Saturdays 8:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. (2-3 Saturdays per month)
