Marketing & Growth Officer
Associated Healthcare Credit Union is hiring a Marketing & Growth Officer. Healthcare professionals devote their careers to improving lives. As our Marketing & Growth Officer, you’ll be at the center of that transformation. You’ll develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that drive member acquisition, deepen member engagement, and strengthen brand awareness. Leveraging analytics and marketing automation platforms, digital advertising, website, SEO/SEM, content marketing, and compelling storytelling, you’ll create personalized member experiences while managing a robust mix of digital and traditional marketing initiatives.

Education and experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, communications, Business, Digital Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field preferred.
- Five or more years of progressively responsible marketing experience.
- Experience in financial services, banking, credit unions, healthcare, or another regulated industry preferred.
- Experience managing agencies and external vendors.
- Experience with digital marketing, CRM systems, marketing automation, analytics, and campaign management.
