Member Service Representative

South Metro Federal Credit Union, a fast growing, successful credit union in the south metro area is seeking an experienced Member Service Representative to join our team.

As a valued colleague of SMFCU, you play a critical role in delivering an exceptional Member experience during every interaction. This unique position requires an individual who has a strong commitment to consultative Member service, in an environment where growth is occurring in all business lines.

A partial list of responsibilities includes:

· Acting as a point of first impression for SMFCU, this individual must possess and deliver a commitment to Member service, satisfaction and loyalty.

· Engaging and building strong relationships with new and existing Members to effectively identify and make recommendations to solve their financial needs: including, but not limited to, new products, services and technology-based solutions.

· Accurately processing transactions related to teller services.

· Making referrals to other departments within the Credit Union as appropriate, such as consumer lending, mortgage lending and business lending.

· Operating in full compliance with internal policies and procedures, as well as applicable regulations and laws.
