Ideal Credit Union is a large Twin Cities credit union with over one billion in assets and six branch locations. We offer a wide variety of products and services including savings, checking, consumer loans, mortgage loans, online banking and investment services.

We have an immediate opening for a Mortgage Loan Officer at our Woodbury office.

Experience: Three to five years of similar or related experience. Must possess or be willing to obtain a Mortgage Loan Originators registration number.

Education: Equivalent to a two-year college degree or completion of a specialized course of study at a business or trade school.

This individual will be responsible for assisting members with their mortgage lending needs, establishing and building both internal and external relationships as well as assisting the Sales Manager with development and implementation of sales strategies.

This is an in-office position that will be primarily based out of our Woodbury corporate office with coverage at our smaller branch locations as needed. In addition, this role may require travel to other offices or locations to assist members, provide training or conduct community-based events.

Training for this role will take place at our Woodbury corporate office and our North Saint Paul office.

The starting rate of pay is $27.72 - $29.45 per hour plus a monthly incentive upon achieving sales targets.
