Branch Manager

Come join our team at Accentra Credit Union. Play a vital role in the financial success of our members. We are looking for a talented Branch Manager to assign and direct all work performed in the branch and to supervise all areas of operation. You will manage staff, foster a positive environment and ensure customer satisfaction and proper branch operation. The efficient and effective management of the branch requires a strong, confident, independent individual. The Branch Manager ensures that established policies and procedures are adhered to and that the members are served promptly and professionally. They will be responsible for building branch business through motivation and coaching of staff and supporting all marketing campaigns. Perform miscellaneous other duties as apparent or as assigned. Always projects a positive and friendly image for the credit union through interactions with members and co-workers. Familiar with BSA and OFAC requirements and follow required reporting duties.
Essential Functions
Competencies
Education:
Associate (Required) Bachelors (preferred)
Sales experience 1 year
Credit union or banking experience 3 years
