Card Services Representative
TopLine Financial Credit Union has been a member-owned financial services cooperative since 1935. We are looking for outgoing individuals to join our XXX team that is dedicated to building life-long relationships to help our members reach and manage their financial goals.
Card Services Representative I is responsible for serving members needs by providing first-level support for card related products and services.
A successful Card Services Representative I will be able to do:
- Assist members with questions about accounts, statements, disputes, and adjustments.
- Process credit card applications, file maintenance request, replacement cards, balance transfers and account closures.
- Process debit card disputes, fraud cases, and maintenance requests.
- Review debit card application report and daily limit increases.
- Respond to emails and answer phone calls from staff.
- Review mobile deposits and handle returns.
Qualifications:
- Two-year associates degree in Accounting, Finance, Banking or equivalent work experience.
- General knowledge of banking transactions and payment systems.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Microsoft Word and Excel is essential.
- Ability to work effectively with people in a diverse environment that encompasses regular deadlines, where change is always possible and flexibility is required.
- Experience in accounting or card services preferred.
Salary Range: $21.31 - $26.63 (hourly)
