This executive will provide strategic leadership across all operations, driving financial performance, regulatory excellence, and an exceptional member experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with the Board to execute vision, goals, and policies
• Oversee all functional areas including lending, finance, compliance, HR, and operations
• Ensure regulatory compliance and sound risk management practices
• Drive business development and community engagement
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing management team
• Manage budgeting, reporting, and organizational efficiency

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of financial institution experience
• Proven leadership and management experience
• Strong background in lending, operations, and compliance
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
