The Mission

As the heartbeat of the branch, you’ll drive daily sales and operations while serving as the ultimate leader and coach. You’ll smash financial goals, mentor your team, and ensure every member receives top-notch service.

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (required).

  • 2–5 years of financial institution experience.

  • 2+ years of supervisory experience with a proven sales track record.

  • Strong leadership, organization, and a "people-first" mindset.
