Administration
  1. Experience in the Financial Industry.
  2. Ability & Desire to multi-task and perform essential duties relating to the overall operations of a small (3 person staff) Credit Union.
  3. Professional, friendly, outgoing, positive team attitude willing to collaborate effectively with Members, Staff and various business partners.
  4. Self-accountability and adaptive to change.

 

  1. Member service via in-person, phone, email, mail and written correspondence.
  2. Account transactions: Savings, Checking, Debit cards, Gift cards, CDs, Wires, ACH, Mobile deposits, Cash drawer & Vault balancing, Daily deposit.
  3. Open / Close & Upkeep Memberships. Distribute Disclosures & Notifications. Fraud prevention diligence. File maintenance & Cloud scanning.
  4. On-Line Banking, E-Statements, Billpay, RDC, Mobile App.
  5. GL accounting. Batch Files processing.
  6. AR & AP & Corporate accounts reconciliation and bookkeeping.
  7. Marketing : Website upkeep, Quarterly Newsletter, Monthly BDay cards.
  8. Order / Inventory office supplies.
  9. Other Duties as assigned.
  10. Assist / Backup for Loan Officer.
  11. Assist / Backup for President.
