Ideal Credit Union is looking for enthusiastic employees who enjoy sales and working with the public. We have an immediate opening for a Contact Center Representative I position at our Woodbury Office. Prior telephone or contact center experience is preferred, prior credit union experience is helpful. This position provides members and prospective members with professional, accurate and friendly service via the phone as well as meets members' needs by resolving issues and making product recommendations while utilizing credit union service quality standards and the Preferred Way of Selling. Once fully trained (which may take up to six months), this individual may work from home. Please note, the work from home option is not guaranteed and needs to be approved by their manager based on performance standards.

Starting rate of pay is $19.52 - $20.74 per hour.
