Lead Teller

TopLine Financial Credit Union has been a member-owned financial services cooperative since 1935. We are looking for outgoing individuals to join our Plymouth team that is dedicated to building life-long relationships to help our members reach and manage their financial goals. 

 

A successful Lead Teller will be able to do:

  • Provide top notch customer service to our members by providing a warm, friendly face and delivering personal service to meet each member’s individual needs.
  • Help our members with all of their basic financial needs like deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, coin processing, opening and closing accounts, and answering basic account questions.
  • Make sure there is enough cash in the branch, which includes the ATM. The Lead Teller will also help balance the vault, order cash from the Federal Reserve, and help make sure other tellers have sufficient cash on hand.
  • Complete branch reports such as transaction reports, membership reports, and other misc. reports.
  • Provide a great example to other full time and part time tellers and help lead the teller to team in day-to-day activities.

 

Qualifications: 

  • A High School degree or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 1 year of teller experience at a credit union or bank.
  • Great customer service and communication skills.
  • Basic math skills.
  • High level of detail orientation.

 

Salary Range: $20.72 - $25.90 (hourly)
