Financial Service Officer

As a member of the Financial Service Officer (FSO) team, you’ll assist members through all delivery channels, from the phone to the branch. FSOs are responsible for processing loans, opening new accounts, performing teller transactions and building relationships with members by recommending products and services that best suit their needs. Basic computer skills are required. Prior cash handling, lending and sales experience is a plus.

• Ability to look for opportunities to recommend products and services to meet member’s needs.

Hours vary between:
M-F 8:45 a.m. – 5:15 p.m.
Rotating Saturdays from 8:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. (2-3 Saturdays per month)
