TopLine Financial Credit Union has been a member-owned financial services cooperative since 1935. We are looking for outgoing individuals to join our Learning and Development team that is dedicated to building life-long relationships to help our members reach and manage their financial goals. 

 

A successful Learning & Development Manager will be able to do:

 

  • Develops, facilitates and assists with quality training programs and resources to help build and support business objects. Training subjects can include, but aren’t limited to, employee orientation, product and sales training, quality customer service skills, and verbal and written communication.
  • Works with Department Managers to ensure training plan aligns with the goals and objectives of TopLine's business, strategic and marketing plan.
  • Assists and facilitates new employee on boarding and training.
  • Leads all phases of the training process including needs assessment, research, planning, development, facilitation or seeks appropriate resource to facilitate and evaluation.
  • Develops and delivers training and training materials for existing and new processes and procedures. 
  • Assists Human Resources in more complex training related to administration and in various personnel issues to include staffing, orientation, benefits, and employee communications as requested.
  • Maintains knowledge of banking regulations and TopLine policies and procedures.

 

What does it take to be a successful Learning & Development Manager? 

  • Four-year college degree in Training, Education, HR, or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience is essential.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in training, staff development or related area. Experience in a financial institution preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Very high levels of organizational and prioritization skills are essential.
  • Must demonstrate creativity, resourcefulness, enthusiasm, and service orientation.
  • Must demonstrate professionalism and the ability to work independently.

 

Salary Range: $71,503.43 - $89,379.28 (salary)
