Position Summary:
The Member Relations Manager is responsible for fostering positive and enduring relationships between the credit union and its members. This role involves leading member engagement initiatives, managing member service strategies, and ensuring a superior experience for all members.
The Member Relations Manager works collaboratively to align member-focused efforts with the credit union’s mission and goals. This includes collaborating with the Marketing & Outreach Committee and contracted marketing professionals to develop, implement, and monitor the credit union launch plan and ongoing marketing and outreach efforts.
The Member Relations Manager must understand and adhere to critical Service Level Expectations, monthly performance plans, and annual goals established by management and the Board of Directors. Performs other duties as required to assist in effective operation of the credit union as directed by the President and CEO.
Prior experience in consumer lending or other aspects of financial services is essential.
The successful candidate will bring a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, including credit union or retail banking experience.

Work Environment:
This position operates in a professional office environment. Occasional evening or weekend work may be required for member events or community outreach activities.
