At TopLine Credit Union, our Member Care Center Representatives assist our members in a fun and fast paced environment over the phone and via electronic communication. The focus of each communication is ensuring to provide each member with exceptional service while showcasing your purpose, passion, and pride as an employee within the TopLine family. Representatives assisting our members also have the responsibility of supporting the organization’s plans and goals, while providing the highest levels of personal and professional service.
