TopLine Financial Credit Union has been a member-owned financial services cooperative since 1935. We are looking for outgoing individuals to join our Member Care Center team that is dedicated to building life-long relationships to help our members reach and manage their financial goals.

At TopLine Credit Union, our Member Care Center Representatives assist our members in a fun and fast paced environment over the phone and via electronic communication. The focus of each communication is ensuring to provide each member with exceptional service while showcasing your purpose, passion, and pride as an employee within the TopLine family. Representatives assisting our members also have the responsibility of supporting the organization’s plans and goals, while providing the highest levels of personal and professional service. There’s nothing more important than our service reputation, as it’s our brand. TopLine is seeking an experienced call center representative to join our family.

A successful Member Care Center Representative will be able to do:

  • Provide top notch customer service to our members by providing a warm, friendly voice over the phone, and delivering personal service to meet each member’s individual needs.
  • Assist members via phone or electronic communication with loan and deposit services, credit and debit cards, check inquiries, account information, bill pay services, money transfers, stop payments, and account maintenance.
  • Handle an average of 12 calls per hour, while maintaining continuous electronic communications- such as messages, fax, and Email inquiries.
  • Educate members on TopLine’s available services within the organization.
  • Maintain knowledge of all of TopLine’s products and services, as well as procedures and policies.

 

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 1 year related financial or customer services experience (preferred).
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Experience with Computer programs, including Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work effectively with people in a diverse environment that encompasses regular deadlines, where change is always possible and flexibility is required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently while displaying initiative.
  • Ability to maintaining a high level of professionalism while working under pressure.

Salary Range: $20.72- $25.90 (hourly)
