Administer and coordinate all commercial lending activities including soliciting, pre-screening, underwriting, structuring of loan terms, offering finance options, and preparing commercial presentations of all loan requests.
Collect and analyze financial and related data (financial statements, corporate & personal tax returns, personal financial statements and credit reports) to determine general creditworthiness for loan approval and completion of annual reviews.
Manage the loan closing process, including document preparation and compliance checks.
Actively seek out new commercial loan clients through networking, outreach, and relationship building. Identify and develop new commercial deposit and loan relationships.
Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients to ensure ongoing business and identify and promote cross-selling opportunities.
Prepare competitive market surveys and recommend loan program and pricing modifications based on results.
Identify current and potential new business lending products to determine changes and enhancements that would benefit the membership.
Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks and participating in professional organizations.
Reinforce continuous collaboration and respectful communication between all departments by promoting strong, positive, and productive working relationships through the ongoing commitment to the company’s core values and mission statement.
