Ideal Credit Union is a large Twin Cities credit union with over one billion in assets and six branch locations. We offer a wide variety of products and services including savings, checking, consumer loans, mortgage loans, online banking and investment services.

This individual will be responsible for the implementation, support and maintenance of the Credit Union’s core processing and automation systems; they may occasionally direct the work of IS Department staff and third-party vendors or contractors.  

Experience with core applications administration (release installs, app installs, issue troubleshooting, etc.) and/or Enterprise Job Scheduler experience is required.  Fiserv DNA or SMA OpCon is preferred. 

Qualified candidates should have experience with Core application administration, technical writing, analytical and problem-solving skills and prior experience in a professional technical support role. Desirable qualifications include prior experience with leading departmental and organizational projects/implementation and change management.
